The breakfast had great Japanese options, but the room felt a bit cramped for our family.

Got the same double room booked online with a very comfy bed as well as a free mobile phone. Magnificent and amazing location, it was close enough to quiet neighbourhood, the central train station, and other areas in the Kansai region.

Modern place with very amiable and attentive staff at the receptionist, really enjoyed it. The room was good-sized, had extremely comfy and included an electric kettle and fridges...

Had an awesome stay! The onsen felt great after long days of exploring, and the free soba noodles at night were a sweet perk. Just wished the blinds blocked out more light, but overall, very happy with my time here.

explore osaka easily with nearby parks and attractions

I loved being just a 15-minute walk from the beautiful Hinode Park and having the Shin-Osaka station within reach, making it easy to explore Osaka's sights and delights.

Breakfast options overly limited to Japanese style!!! Room lacks a proper wardrobe, relying on a bar for hanging clothes!!! A complimentary water bottle should really be included in rooms!!! Bathtub size feels cramped!!!

Modern facilities, ideal if you're looking for easy access to Osaka's best attractions.

Recommend it for couples seeking comfort

The location was perfect! Just a few minutes away from the train station. The onsen was very relaxing, and I've never experienced anything like the free massage chairs they offered.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable.

Staying with my kids and our pets was easy. The free soba at night was a good surprise! The public bath was great, and the kids loved that tattoos were allowed. Our standard twin room was compact but very clean.

My wife says that the light-blocking curtains could be better.

I stayed in a standard twin room and it was surprisingly compact but very clean and tidy. Loved the hanging rails over the TV for clothes instead of a wardrobe. The bathroom was actually pretty spacious! The soundproofing was on point-didn't hear a thing from the outside. Perfect for a family stay! The sofa in the room was a nice touch too.
